Cassie S. – Office Manager Born in Louisville, KY in 1990, Cassie has been a resident of Hardin County her entire life. In 2012 she received an Associate of Applied Science degree with a focus in business and accounting from Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. She then transferred to and completed her Bachelor of Science in computer information systems at the University of Maine at Augusta. She’s been a member of Dr. Franklin’s office since 2010, working as a front desk assistant, periodontal surgical assistant, and took over as the office manager in 2016. Outside of work Cassie stays busy with an assortment of hobbies including photography, crafting, pyrography, and gaming. She also enjoys spending time with her long-term boyfriend and their many pets.
   

 

Amy S.– Dental Assistant Amy has been working for Dr. Franklin for over 10 years. She loves working and interacting with people. Born at Hardin Memorial Hospital, she was raised in Hart County where she still currently resides. She’s happily married and has two sons that have stolen heart. She is also part owner of the #1 haunted attraction in Kentucky, The Hill of Terror. Amy’s hobbies include going to the lake, spending time with family, and playing any type of sport. She’s also a big UK fan… BBN all the way!
   

 

  Dawn S. – Dental Assistant Dawn moved to Kentucky from Michigan over 27 years ago. She has worked for Dr. Franklin in most aspects of the practice with her favorite position being assisting in surgeries. She’s been certified in CPR and radiation safety for over 15 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, wildlife viewing, and photography. She and her husband have traveled across the country several times on their Harley Davidson and they plan on traveling to Alaska in the near future
   

 

  Heather M. – RDH Heather was born in Michigan and moved to Kentucky in 1993. She spent her childhood moving every three years due to her father’s Army career. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at ECTC in 2002, receiving her license that same year. She started working for Dr. Franklin in 2003 as one of his three hygienists. Currently, she lives in LaRue County with her husband of 12 years and two beautiful children. When she’s not busy hauling her kids around to various sports practices, she easily found outdoors. She loves the woods, shooting her compound bow or other modern firearms. She also loves to go four-wheeling and owns a Jeep Cherokee that she and her husband have found to be very off road capable. Heather’s moto: MUD = FUN!!
   

 

  Lisa L. - RDH Lisa graduated from the University of Louisville in 1984 and passed her licensing board exam the same year. She’s been employed at Elizabethtown Periodontics since 1989. She enjoys helping our patients understand the role they can play in their dental health and how good dental health can impact overall health. She has four grown children and five amazing grandchildren that she spends her free time loving and spoiling.
   

 

  Mandy E. – RDH Mandy was born in Elizabethtown and grew up in Bardstown, KY. She graduated from Bardstown High in 1998, West KY Tech (via ECC) in 2001 with a degree in dental assisting, and then from Henderson Community College (via ECC) in 2003 with a degree in dental hygiene. She currently lives in Elizabethtown with her husband Josh, their two daughters, and two dogs. She enjoys running and loves to travel.
   

 

  Roxanna L. – RDH Roxanna is originally from Independence, MO. She’s a mother and grandmother, known to her grandchildren as Jamma. She feels fortunate to have her family close to her. As a resident of Hardin County for over 20 years, she’s active with the American Legion Auxillary and works with their children’s program, as well as Special Olympics and Veteran’s programs. She spends the rest of her free time playing Trivia and watching her grandkids play sports. She started working for Dr. Franklin in 1997 as a dental hygienist and has seen many changes in how we treat periodontal patients.
   

 

  Justine D. – Office Assistant Justine was born in Wisconsin and moved to Kentucky in 2008. She has received an Associate of Arts from Elizabethtown Community & Technical College. She has worked for Dr. Franklin since 2017. Her interests include reading, music, and baking.
